clients are my guides. Because the purchase or sale or a home is probably the biggest decision
one will make, I will strive to recognize the emotions involved.

home is my main mission. To be a true leader in my field, these ideals shall be
first, last and always in my heart and mind. This is my commitment to you.Dear Potential Client,
Thank you for taking the time to let me share a little
about myself and the way I do business. It has come to my attention that a Realtor® gets
to know so much about his/her clients but, often their clients really know very little
about their Realtor®. Hence, the purpose of this letter.
First most in my life is God and my family then my
career. I am very motivated and dedicated to continually striving to be successful in my
career.
I was born in Whittler, CA in 1968 to Robert and
Teresa Hatch. I spent many of my childhood years in Santa Barbara, CA with my (at that
time...) 5 brothers and sisters. In 1979 my family moved to Auburn, CA and purchased a
home on Shadow Dr. in Lake of the Pines. I first became familiar with Lake of the Pines
when I delivered newspaper on my bike and sold candies door to door. Later I fell in love
with Shannon Bearry and we were married in December of 1989. We later became the proud
parents of Lauren , Carter, Madeline and Bryden. In early 1995 we became the
proud owners of our very own home. Our own purchase taught me a lot about what it feels
like to be on the other side. We purchased a bank owned home and experienced great
frustration by what seemed like a lack of concern and even consideration an the part of
the bank and their agent. It was at this time I committed myself to be sensitive to the
feelings and concerns surrounding the sale or purchase of a home.
I work entirely differently than any other Realtor®
you have ever met. The difference is that I truly do give more service. Therefore; let me
tell you how I work:
 | First, I like to interview you, my clients, to help
determine what your wants and needs are. My goal is to listen to you. |
 | Second, to look at your property with you and together
determine what needs to be done to sell your house.

 | Third, to present you with a detailed customized market
report. This includes marketing strategy, pricing, and terms. |
 | Fourth, monthly reports on market status and
advertising efforts. Fifth, work together with you as a team.

With these strategies I have been the top producer in
our office for two+ years and plan to continue this very successful way of doing
business.
